July 2013 It's Hot

                                       These are random pictures that I take when I remember my camera.
                                        We are working with the YSA in Berbice. Pictures below, You will
                                        recognize the YSA, they are a little younger than we are. Ha.
                                       We also have many other assignments as well as opportunities to serve.

Papaya growing in our yard. Below are a few more pictures with
the fruit at different stages. They are not ready to eat. When they
turn yellow, they are ready to eat.  Our neighbor tells us when it is ready.
We let her eat them. We do not like papaya.

                                                     We had a flat tire in Black Bush
                                         Bro. Basdeo, so helpful. He had worked all day
                                         in the rice fields. He was walking home after a long
                                        day of working in the rice fields. Saw us and came over to help.
                                        Then walked away with a smile on his happy face. It warmed my
                                        heart. Most people here are very humble.
                                        I felt the Lord was very aware of us.

                                                Another angel, we were running low on gas, had a flat tire
                                           we were in the back forty in an area called Black Bush.
                                           this station did not sell gas to the public. She said they would
                                           sell us some. The owner invited us in and gave us a cold drink and
                                           three guys changes our flat tire so Elder Carter, Elder Peck & Coelho
                                           didn't have to get dirty. We love them.
                                           Black beetles come in the Canje bld. every night.
